In September 2014 as we were waiting in the start area of the Hoboken City Challenge, we started talking about all the things we liked and disliked about races we had run recently – the organization, the swag, the medals – and the seed was planted. Our hope is that our race reviews will be helpful to other’s who might be choosing which races to run. We also realized that we bring three very different perspectives about racing and training and it would be fun to write together to create blog that a wide variety of athletes may be able to relate to.
None of us are coaches or medical professionals, so please keep in mind that any opinions we may have are just that – opinions. You should definitely consult a coach, or if your experiencing an injury, a doctor, for information that is best for you and your training life.
