It’s TURKEY DAY!!! You know what that means.. copious amounts of food, drink, and pie!
This morning I got up and got moving before the day’s festivities. Taking an hour to myself to do yoga made me feel good about the day to come. It also allowed for a moment of peace before our home starts bustling with holiday cheer. I chose to do a power Vinyasa sun salutation A and B. A good stretch combined with body weight exercise felt great and now that my arms are shaking, I may be inclined to lift less turkey into my mouth.Later on, I am grabbing cousins, sisters, and fiances to toss around a football and burn off that turkey dinner. How do you plan to get your friends and family moving?
